*All our e-bikes are ONLY sold within the Cycle Tech UK network. So our specialist e-bike Cycle Tech's can assemble your bike at your home and handover showing you all the features and how to take care of the battery, to reduce any costly returns and disappointments. Cycle Tech UK Offers a personalised service with backup and support. We DON'T sell you a bike without the aftercare you would expect from all good makes of e-bikes.

All Econic One bikes have the option to be equipped with a smart connectivity mobile app. This app allows location tracking and remote control for locking and unlocking your e-bike. This is an extremely convenient feature as it allows for the remote control of your bike with the press of a single button.

*The small print:

• All new bikes sales come with a free home bike build (Pre-Delivery Inspection) PDI, handover and 1st service (At 30 days of purchase) when you choose a Cycle Tech DIRECT mechanic when purchasing your new Econic One electric bike. That includes manufacturers warranty. We also recommend yearly servicing and aftercare (Charged at the going rate and any parts required). Cycle Tech e-bike technicians are equipped with all the latest diagnostic systems, too fully support & look after our customers. Plus we come to you, unlike an e-bike brought online that all too often don't offer the service and support backup.
• Update: Econic One e-bikes are now sold to dealers via a UK distributor. Cycle Tech Bordon is our Authorised dealer.

We offer a national service to all good makes of e-bikes. New bike builds, warranty and aftercare service is also available from Cycle Tech UK for those who brought elsewhere.

• Remember - if you brought your Econic One e-Bike elsewhere, we don't want to give you any surprises; We will need to see evidence of a Pre-Delivery Inspection check sheet (PDI) and proof of purchase is required before any warranty work is carried out.
• Whilst we can carry out warranty work for you, including any damage, your bike may receive when delivered. you may not be at the top of the list, especially in the busy months.
• There is a call-out fee and labour charge, that you can claim back from where you brought your bike (That you can first get authorised) We believe e-bikes should be sold, with back up support. As we support riders who have brought from a local Cycle Tech UK independent, that can give you personal support. So you can go ride............

Your warranty will be void:

• If you use a jet wash or power wash to clean your bike. Please ask your Cycle Tech for the very best advice on how to look after your new bike.
