  • Warranty on the e-Bike electric system has 2-years warranty. If, you are having lots of returns/issues, this will quickly eat into your profit.
  • The range of frame sizes are available, to suit your market.
  • Security - A bike lock, for the style of e-Bike(s) you are selling. Having a Dutch style wheel lock fitted to the bike or a U-lock.
  • Quality control and able to make any simple changes/modifications on the next batch of e-Bikes.
  • Price point. Going cheap, cutting corners and expecting to make a return. (Price in warranty and returns cost)
  • Storage and distribution. 
  • Tech support and a customer care line.
  • PDI and handover showing the gears, how to look after the battery and a follow up 30-day first service to reduce any returns. Your customers, will have issues assembling the bike.
  • A 2-year service plan to also include checks to the e-Bike system.
  • Warranty cases - Parts and returns.

All good electric bicycles are sold and backed by a minimum 24 month manufacturers parts & labour warranty. Our approved local bicycle mechanic, allows you to get him to carry out any standard service and still keep the manufacturer's warranty. We can even store and send warranty parts directly to our mechanics to be fitted, offering the support and backup service. 

We are not in a situation to do warranty free of charge, we don’t take on the responsibility. It would be a manufactured warranty. At the going rate. (Our workmanship guarantee is covered on PDI, any assemble work and servicing to all good makes of e-Bikes)
