Cycle Tech UK works exclusively with approved partners and e-bike brands equipped with Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Yamaha motor systems, along with selected compatible e-bike platforms, where full technical support, product knowledge, and spare parts availability can be assured.

Getting in Touch
When contacting us or arranging a meeting, please outline what you are looking to achieve and what support you require from Cycle Tech UK. In particular, we welcome clarity around expectations for nationwide aftercare, service coverage, and any additional requirements you wish to discuss. This allows us to prepare effectively and assess suitability from the outset.

Partnership Notice
Any partnership with Cycle Tech UK must be formally agreed in writing before using our name or referencing our involvement in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.

New businesses seeking partnership will also be required to provide two trade references as part of the approval process.
