Cycle Tech UK works exclusively with approved partners and e-bike brands equipped with Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Yamaha motor systems, along with selected compatible e-bike platforms, where full technical support, product knowledge, and spare parts availability can be assured.

In particular, we welcome clarity around expectations for nationwide aftercare, service coverage, and any additional requirements you wish to discuss. Partnership Notice
Any partnership with Cycle Tech UK must be formally agreed in writing before using our name or referencing our involvement in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials.
New businesses seeking partnership will also be required to provide two trade references as part of the approval process.

- Please refer to our Price Menu which differs from private customer rates. This reflects your business model, where our Cycle Techs may be required to operate outside their exclusive working areas to support your end users UK-wide and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Commercial pricing also recognises the absence of parts sales, the additional operational and logistical risk involved, and the responsibility of working on e-Bikes not sold or supplied by the Cycle Tech UK.
- To support cost control and budget planning, all work is pre-authorised, clearly scoped, and communicated in advance wherever possible, ensuring transparency and predictable expenditure. We aim to minimise surprises and maintain consistency across all service engagements.
