Q. How do I book or contact a Cycle Technician?

A. Click on the Cycle Tech’s business listing nearest to you and use the Contact/Book Now Form for an appointment. Or click Book Now. And we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

General costing from our experience is a guide only, a more accurate costing is available once the Bike or e-Bike has been inspected.

Any travel, on-site inspections or booking a slot would be discussed with the Cycle Technician, after he receives your request, when he gets in contact with you to arrange a visit or discuss what service or repair is required.

In Detail - How it Works

Getting your bike repaired is simple.

1. Book a Service
Complete our online Book  A Service form with a few details about your bike and the work required.

2. We Come to You
Your local mobile Cycle Tech visits your home, workplace or another suitable location, provided there is a safe and suitable place to park and carry out the work.

3. M-Check Inspection
We assess your bike, identify any issues and explain what needs attention.

4. Repairs & Servicing
Where possible, we complete the work on-site. If a workshop is better suited to the job, a collect-and-return service may be available.

5. Back on the Road
We complete the agreed work, check the bike and provide advice to help keep it running smoothly.
