The small print...
Whilst we do have parts available for warranty, we don't stock parts, and need to come from BH Bikes in Spain. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns of goods back to Spain, including wrongly ordered parts, due to the post-Brexit customs fees and tax implications that will occur as a result. The whole process has become quite cumbersome and lengthy due to restrictions.
Any BH Bike part you buy from us, we can not accept returns. For warranty of an item, you will need to return back to me for inspection at cost of postage to the buyer for exchange. We do not cover defects and/or damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the equipment or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the equipment, including battery deterioration.
We are working hard to improve the process for you in the future.
Update: 26th April 2023. There is no BH Bike distributor in the UK, due to the implications with the changes to Brexit that come in to affect from the end of 2022, I am unable to provide parts from Spain for retail or warranty... Watch this space. I am waiting for a decision from BH Bikes
